At Shapely U, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed. However, if there is an error on our part—such as receiving the wrong item or a missing product—please contact us at support@shapelyu.com. We’ll make it right and ship the correct items to you at no additional cost.
Shapely U is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Customers are responsible for retrieving their packages upon delivery.
We are also not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your contact and shipping information before placing your order. If you entered the wrong address, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a correction by emailing support@shapelyu.com with your order number and the correct address.
If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. You can begin the claims process here:

If you receive a defective product, please email shapelyou@gmail.com with clear photo evidence of the issue before returning the item. Contact us before shipping anything back—approved returns will receive a prepaid return label by email. Return labels will only be issued after photo verification.
If your package is returned to us, we will notify you by email. Depending on the condition of the returned product, you may qualify for reshipment. Here’s how we handle it:
You may provide an updated address, and we’ll reship your package on our next shipping day.
If the reshipped package is returned to us a second time, we will not offer another free reshipment, and a refund will not be issued.
If you still wish to receive your items after a second failed delivery, you can choose to purchase additional shipping for a third and final attempt. Please contact us to make arrangements.
